The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is likely to extend the ‘One Vehicle, One FASTag’ initiative compliance deadline to end March 2024. This aims to discourage the use of a single FASTag for multiple vehicles or linking multiple FASTags to one vehicle. The new deadline aims to give more time to Paytm users to shift to the one vehicle-one FASTag norm.
