Sembcorp Industries has completed the acquisition of 100 per cent of the share capital in two special purpose vehicles (SPVs) belonging to Leap Green Energy Private Limited.
This acquisition, carried out by Sembcorp’s wholly-owned subsidiary Green Infra Wind Energy Limited, encompasses 228 MW of operational wind assets situated across Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan, India.
