NHAI has achieved a significant milestone with its asset monetisation programme surpassing Rs 1 trillion. This latest accomplishment involved raising a record concession value of Rs 156.24 billion via InvIT Round-3, monetising 10 stretches spanning approximately 890 km across Assam, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal. Notably, NHAI’s overall asset monetisation programme has surpassed Rs 1 trillion, comprising Rs 423.34 billion raised through toll-operate-transfer (TOT), Rs 261.25 billion through InvITs and Rs 420 billion through securitisation. The monetised sections in InvIT Round-3 include various stretches such as Chichira-Kharagpur, Orai-Bara and Rewa-Katni-Jabalpur-Lakhnadon.
