About 40 per cent work completed on Patna Station-Patliputra Terminal of Patna Metro

About 40 per cent of civil work has been completed on underground Patna Railway Station-Patliputra Bus Terminal section under Corridor 2 (Patna Junction-Patna ISBT) of the Patna Metro Rail Project – Phase I. The corridor is likely to be commissioned by January 2027. Phase I of the project involves the development of a 31.39 km long metro rail network in Patna, Bihar at an estimated cost of Rs 133.65 billion. It involves the development of two corridors, viz. Corridor 1 (Danapur Cantt-Mithapur) and Corridor 2 (Patna Junction-Patna ISBT).
