Rail connectivity between Delhi and Noida airports soon

The Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi and the upcoming Noida airport are set to have direct connectivity through rail. The government of Uttar Pradesh has approved a rapid rail corridor entailing an investment of Rs 160 billion that connects the airports and also other parts of Delhi. Travel time between the two airports is estimated to be around 80 minutes. Additionally, other modes of public transport like high-speed bus corridors are also being developed by the authorities of the Noida airport for connection to Delhi and Gurgaon, and multi-modal transport connectivity is being planned.
