DoT extends M2M and WPAN/WLAN registration to all entities

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has extended machine-to-machine (M2M) and wireless personal area network (WPAN)/wireless local area network (WLAN) registration to all entities in the telecom business. All business entities, including companies, government departments/organisations and partnership firms, engaged in M2M service provisioning and WPAN/WLAN connectivity provisioning are advised to register with DoT via the Saral Sanchar portal.
