RUMSL invites bids for 400 MW firm and dispatchable clean power

REWA Ultra Mega Solar Limited (RUMSL) has issued requests for proposals for purchasing grid-connected firm and dispatchable clean power of capacity 400 MW. In order to fulfill the supply commitments, the developers are required to initiate eight projects, each with a capacity of 50 MW, resulting in a cumulative capacity of 400 MW. Each individual project with a 50 MW capacity must include; commissioning of a 75 MW solar project on allocated land within the Morena renewable park in Madhya Pradesh, energy storage systems (ESS) situated alongside solar installations or placed outside the park, and the wind segment is set to be established beyond the boundaries of the Morena renewable park. Bidders have the flexibility to determine the capacity they intend to propose for both the wind and ESS components. Developers with independent renewable projects and ESS that are either operational or currently in progress are eligible to take part in the auction as well.
