IR makes 597 railway stations Divyangjan friendly

As of December 2023, IR has equipped 597 stations with Divyangjan accessible and friendly amenities. The facilities include lifts and escalators for easier travel and access to the platforms. During 2014-23, a total of 1,144 escalators and 1,195 lifts have been provided at the stations.
