State approves land for runway expansion at Bodo Airport in Jharkhand

The Government of Jharkhand has approved 25 acres of land for the runway expansion at the Bodo Airport. Funds worth Rs 607.5 million have also been approved for the same. The project involves the expansion of the runway to 6,000 ft from the existing 299.6 ft at the airport in the Giridih city of Jharkhand.
