India Grid Trust (IndiGrid) has signed a share purchase agreement with ReNew Solar Power Private Limited (RSPPL) to acquire ReNew Solar Urja Private Limited (RSUPL) at an enterprise valuation of Rs 15.50 billion. The valuation, including net working capital and cash, will be around Rs 16.50 billion. This acquisition will be funded through a combination of equity, internal accruals, and debt.
