Mapletree to acquire India warehouse for Rs 900 million

Mapletree Logistics Trust is considering the acquisition of a Grade A warehouse at Farukhnagar, New Delhi, for Rs 900 million ($14.5 million). This represents a 2.4 per cent discount on the asset’s independent valuation of Rs 922 million in October 2023. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of financial year 2024 and will be funded entirely by debt.
