The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has launched a new phase of asset monetisation, inviting bids for three highway stretches covering a total of 375 km in Telangana and Tamil Nadu. The monetisation will follow the toll-operate-transfer (ToT) model, bundling two stretches in Telangana as ToT Bundle 16 and one in Tamil Nadu as Bundle 15. The offerings include 251 km on the Hyderabad-Nagpur corridor in Telangana and a 124 km stretch on the Trichy-Tovrankurichi-Madurai section. Bids for both bundles are due by February 28, 2024.
