NMRC grants approval for implementation of Noida Sector 142-Botanical Garden Metro Project

Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) granted its approval for implementation of the Noida Sector 142-Botanical Garden Metro Project on December 27, 2023.
The project involves development of a metro rail network connecting the Corridor-2 (Janakpuri West-Botanical Garden) of Delhi Metro-Phase III through Botanical Garden metro station to Sector 142 in Noida covering a distance of 11.56 km at an estimated cost of Rs 22.54 billion. A total of eight stations are planned under the project: Botanical Garden, Noida Sector – 44, Noida Office, Noida Sector – 97, Noida Sector – 105, Noida Sector – 108, Noida Sector – 93, Panchsheel Balak Inter College) End – Noida Sector – 142. The project is likely to be completed in 36 months.
