The commercial operations for the Navi Mumbai Metro Rail Project (Corridor I- Phase I) commenced on November 17, 2023. Phase I of the project involved development of 11.1 km long metro rail network traversing from Belapur to Pendhar covering 11 stations with an investment of Rs 30.63 billion.
