The trial run for the Bengaluru-Belagavi Vande Bharat express has commenced on November 21, 2023. The Vande Bharat train being operated on the route is an eight coach trainset. The trial run of the train will take place between KSR Bengaluru and Belagavi via Hubballi-Dharwad. It will take an overall time of 7 hours and 45 minutes from KSR Bengaluru to Belagavi and for the return journey it will take 8 hours and 10 minutes. Furthermore, this will also be India’s first overnight Vande Bharat.
