JSW Infrastructure Limited is venturing into the container train operations business by acquiring the container train operator licence of Sical Multimodal and Rail Transport Limited from Pristine Logistics and Infraprojects Private Limited. The value of the acquisition has not yet been disclosed. However, the Board of Directors has approved the purchase subject to requisite government approvals.
