JSW Infrastructure Limited ventures into container train operations

JSW Infrastructure Limited is venturing into the container train operations business through the acquisition of the container train operator license of Sical Multimodal and Rail Transport Limited from Pristine Lo­gis­tics and Infraprojects Private Limited. The value of the acquisition has not been disclosed. However, the board of directors has approved the purchase, su­bject to requisite government approvals. Meanwhile, Pri­s­tine Logistics and Infraprojects Private Limited has purchased Distri­bution Logistics Infra­structure Private Limited, which also has a license to run container trains.
