Government of Delhi notifies RoW Policy for Underground Infrastructure and Over-ground Telecommunications Infrastructure, 2023

The Delhi government has notified its right of way (RoW) policy, called the “Delhi RoW Policy for Underground Infrastructure and Overground Infra­structure, 2023”, in alignment with the central RoW rules. The policy mentions the guidelines for the usage of street furniture for the installation of small cells and telegraph lines, the establishment of telegraph infrastructure over private property, and the usage of ducts for installing optical fibre cables, among others.
