GAIL, BPCL signs propane supply agreement worth Rs 630 billion for Usar petrochemical complex

GAIL (India) Limited and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) have signed a propane supply agreement worth Rs 630 billion for the Usar petrochemical complex. As per the agreement, GAIL will procure 600 ktpa of propane from BPCL’s liquefied petroleum gas import facility at Uran for a period of 15 years. The Usar petrochemical complex is likely to begin operations in 2025.
