Union Government launches Paytm Payments Bank Wallet and Transit Card for stations under Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS project

The Union Government has launched Paytm Payments Bank Wallet and Transit Card for stations under the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) project. This innovative initiative is set to empower countless commuters in the Delhi-NCR region by providing them with a National Common Mobility Card (NCMC), which offers an all-in-one solution for their daily payment requirements. The Paytm Payments Bank Limited in joint venture (JV) with National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), is the official issuer of this card. It offers a unified payment solution for everyday transactions, including travel, in-store purchases, and online payments. Besides, Alstom achieved a significant milestone by introducing its state-of-the-art signaling systems with integrated platform screening doors on the newly inaugurated 17 km priority section between Sahibabad and Duhai.
