NTPC Limited has signed a term loan agreement worth Rs 5 billion with HDFC Bank Limited, featuring an interest rate tied to the T-bill rate. This loan has a door-to-door tenure extending over 15 years and will be allocated for the partial funding of NTPC’s capital expenditure.
