The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) has invited bids for grant of authorisation for the development of city gas distribution (CGD) networks in seven geographical areas (GAs) under the twelfth round of CGD bidding. The last date for the submission of bids is December 11, 2023, covering five north-eastern states – Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland and Sikkim – and the union territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. The PNGRB aims to finalise the award by March 2024.
