Samakhiyali Tollway Private Limited, an SPV incorporated by IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, has achieved financial closure for the Samkhiyali-Santalpur Six Lane Road Project (NH-27). The concessionaire will infuse equity of Rs 6,460 million while a consortium of lenders will support with debt financing of Rs 14.46 billion. The project involves six-laning of a 90.4 km long road stretch with paved shoulders connecting Samkhiyali to Sultanpur from km 339.7 to km 430.1 on NH-27 in Gujarat. It is being implemented on a build-own-transfert (toll) basis.
