Samakhiyali Tollway Private Limited, a SPV incorporated by IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, has achieved the financial closure for Samkhiyali-Santalpur Six Lane Road Project (NH-27).
The concessionaire will infuse equity of Rs 6,460 million and a consortium of lenders will support with debt financing of Rs 14.46 billion.
The project involves six laning of 90.40 km long road stretch with paved shoulders connecting Samkhiyali to Sultanpur from 339.7 km to 430.1 km on the NH-27 in Gujarat. It is being implemented on BOT (toll) basis.
