Samakhiyali Tollway Private Limited, a dedicated subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Developers, is set to spearhead the Samakhiyali-Santalpur highway project in Gujarat, with an estimated investment of Rs 20.92 billion. It will be executed under the build operate and transfer (BOT) mode.
The project has garnered substantial financial support from a consortium of lenders, amounting to Rs 14.46 billion, while the remaining Rs 6.46 billion will be sourced through equity contributions and internal accruals from the concessionaire. Spanning a length of 90.90 km, the project boasts a concession period of 20 years, starting from the date of appointment.
