GIPCL invites bids for supply of modules for 600 MW solar project

Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited (GIPCL) has issued tender for supply of bifacial solar modules of 750 MW, having wattage output of at least 540 Wp each for a 600 MW solar project. The project will be located at Khavda Renewable Energy Park in the Kutch district of Gujarat. According to the tender guidelines, bidders are required to submit an earnest money deposit of Rs 100,00 per MW. Within one month of receiving the letter of award (LOA), the developers are required to furnish a performance bank guarantee amounting to 10 per cent of the total contract value. Furthermore, the work order must be completed within 12 months of receiving the LOA. The bid submission deadline is October 25, 2023.
