Government to set up bureau of port security

The Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW) has reported that the government will soon constitute a bureau of port security for up­gra­ding security across all the ports in the country. Further, all central government and state government ports will explore the possibility of establishing hydrogen hubs. In this regard, the Deendayal Port Authority (DPA) has already finalised MoUs worth Rs 1.68 trillion.
