Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) has secured a loan worth JPY1.85 billion from the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC). The loan has been taken by the company to fund KPC Gas Power Corporation’s 11.5 MW waste-to-energy project. The project is being set up at Bidadi, Ramanagara District, Karnataka. This loan agreement was inked as part of the 30 billion Japanese yen long-term facility that JBIC granted to PFC.
