42 per cent work completed on corridor 2 under Patna Metro Phase I

About 42 per cent work of corridor 2 has been completed under the Patna Metro Rail Project – Phase I. Besides, Rajendra Nagar Station under corridor 2 is likely to serve as an interchange with Rajendra Nagar Terminal Station. Phase I of the project involves the development of a 31.39 km long metro rail network in Patna state of Bihar at an estimated cost of Rs 133.65 billion. It involves the development of two corridors, viz. Corridor 1 (Danapur Cantt-Mithapur) and Corridor 2 (Patna Junction-Patna ISBT).
