Around 45 per cent work completed on Worli-Sewri elevated road in Maharashtra

About 45 per cent of the construction work has been completed on the Worli-Sewri Elevated Road Project.The project involves design and construction of 4.512 km long two+two lane double decker Sewri-Worli (East-West) flyover to connect the Bandra-Worli sea link to the Mumbai Trans-Harbour Line (MTHL) at Sewri in Maharashtra at an estimated cost of Rs 12,760 million. The alignment also includes Rail-over-Bridges (ROBs) near Sewri Railway Station (81.117 m) and at Elphinston Road Railway Station (132.20 m).
