The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) has notified the date of operation of various regulations. Notably, the CERC (Indian Electricity Grid Code) Regulations, 2023; the CERC (Sharing of Inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2023; and the CERC (Connectivity and General Network Access to the inter-State Transmission System) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2023 will come into operation with effect from October 01, 2023.
