Private equity firm, Actis, is set to acquire five HAM road projects from Patel Infrastructure Limited for an equity value of roughly $91 million.The acquired road assets may be integrated into an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), which will also include the six highway toll road projects obtained from Welspun Enterprises Limited in December 2022.
