PHED may start a test run for Bisalpur II project soon

The Public Health Engineering Department of Rajasthan (PHED) plans to start a test run for the Bisalpur II project soon without the shutdown of the water supply during the testing period. The test run would be done on the newly constructed intermediate pump house in Renwal in Rajasthan. The final work for providing electric connections is ongoing at the pump house. However, the maintenance work of the main water pipeline has been deferred. It is likely that PHED will take up the maintenance work during winter months, as the demand for water is low during winters. Upon the completion of the test run, the water will be sent to the Balawala storage facility in Sanganer.
