Redevelopment processes for Mamnoor Airport initiated

The government of Telangana has approved the land allocation to the Airports Authority of India for the redevelopment of Mamnoor Airport in Warangal, Telangana. The related land acquisition processes have been initiated by the district administration. The acquired land would be used to construct the terminal building and extend the runway. 253 acres are required in addition to the current covered area of 696 acres for the reoperation. Reportedly, a detailed project report has been prepared for the state government’s approval after the identification of the land.
