NHAI launches ‘Rajmargyatra’ app for complaint redressal and FASTag recharge

The NHAI has introduced a new mobile application named ‘Rajmargyatra,’ designed to enhance user experience on national highways.
The citizen-centric app offers real-time weather updates, timely broadcast notifications, and information about nearby toll plazas, petrol pumps, hospitals, hotels, and other essential services for a seamless journey.
One of its key features is an inbuilt complaint redressal and escalation system.
It will allow users to report highway-related issues by attaching geo-tagged videos or photos for better clarity.
Moreover, the app integrates services with various bank portals, enabling users to conveniently recharge their FASTags, avail monthly passes, and access other FASTag-related banking services.
