State sanctions funds for Katraj-Kondhwa Road Project in Maharashtra

The Government of Maharashtra (GoM) has sanctioned funds worth Rs 2,000 million for the Katraj-Kondhwa Road Widening Project.
The project involves construction of 3.5 km long and 84 m wide road from Katraj to Kondhwa in Maharashtra. The scope of work includes construction of 13.5 m wide carriageway, 7.5 m wide service road, a utility corridor, two vehicular underpasses, three grade separators and a bridge on the nullah. The road will pass through Rajas society, Khadi Machine Chowk and Pisoli village in the civic jurisdiction.
