GQG Partners raises stake in two Adani companies to above 5 per cent

GQG Partners has increased its stake in two Adani group companies to more than 5 per cent, demonstrating its confidence in the group. GQG acquired additional stakes in the group’s flagship Adani Enterprises Limited and renewable energy company, Adani Green Energy Limited for $1 billion (Rs 82.65 billion). GQG purchased an additional 1.58 per cent of Adani Enterprise’s shares in a single block transaction, bringing its total stake to 5.4 per cent.
