The joint venture (JV) of PNC Infratech Limited and SP Singla Construction Private Limited received a provisional completion certificate (PCC) for the Bhojpur-Buxar stretch of the Patna-Buxar Four Laning Highway Project (NH-30 and NH-84) on May 16, 2023. Package III involved four laning of the Bhojpur-Buxar road stretch from km 27.37 to km 75 of NH-84 at a cost of Rs 17.28 billion.
