Macquarie has entered into an agreement to acquire BSCPL AurangTollway Limited. The acquisition pertains to a 150 km long road project located in Chhattisgarh, currently owned by BSCPL Infrastructure. The deal will result in the project being valued at an enterprise value of Rs 16 billion.
