Funds worth Rs 2.73 billion sanctioned by the central government for expansion of the terminal building at Hubli Airport

The central government has sanctioned funds worth Rs 2.73 billion for the expansion of the terminal building at the Hubli Airport. The work is likely to commence by January 2024 with a completion period of two years. The new terminal will be spread over an area of 20,000 square metre with a passenger handling capacity of around 1,400 during peak hours.
