Blackstone has acquired a part of an Indian logistics company’s warehousing parks business, which it had started acquiring in tranches three years ago. The firm has now acquired a 10 per cent stake in five warehousing companies from TransIndia Real Estate Limited, formerly known as TransIndia Realty and Logistics Parks Limited. The five companies involved in the transaction are Malur Logistics & Industrial Parks, Venkatapura Logistics & Industrial Parks, Kalina Warehousing, Panvel Warehousing, and Allcargo Logistics & Industrial Park. In addition, Blackstone has acquired 100 per cent ownership of Allcargo Multimodal Private Limited.
