Work on Bengaluru-Chennai Expressway to complete by March 2024

The construction work on the Bengaluru-Chennai Eight Lane Expressway Project is expected to be completed by March 2024.
The project is a 262-km long access-controlled expressway starting from Hoskote in Karnataka to Outer Ring Road in Chennai city of Tamil Nadu at an estimated cost of Rs 167 billion. The total length of the expressway is divided as follows, 85 km in Tamil Nadu, 71 km in Andhra Pradesh, and 106 km in Karnataka. The project is being implemented in three phases.
