JSW Infrastructure to invest Rs 1.52 billion for expansion of container capacity at NMP

JSW Infrastructure Limited (JSWIL) is likely to invest an amount worth Rs 1.52 billion on the container capacity enhancement project at New Mangalore Port. The project involves the capacity enhancement of JSW owned container terminal from 0.24 million twenty equipment units (TEU) to 0.4 million TEU. It will be implemented by the JSW Mangalore container terminal. The company commissioned its first container terminal at New Mangalore Port Trust in June 2022.
