The Government of Maharashtra (GoM) has planned to construct Pune-Karjat-Shirur Highway Project.
The project involves construction of a 110 km highway connecting Pune city, Karjat and Shirur in two phases at an estimated cost of Rs 100 billion. Phase I and II involves construction of 60 km and 50 km of roads respectively.
