I Squared and Hinduja eye TPG’s stake in Fourth Partner

I Squared Capital and Hinduja Renewables Energy Private Limited are the two remaining bidders for TPG Capital’s 52 per cent stake in Hyderabad-based Fourth Partner Energy Private Limited, which is valued at approximately $350 million. Bank of America and Investec are managing TPG’s stake sale.
