REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) has handed over the special purpose vehicle (SPV) Khavda II-A Transmission Limited to Adani Transmission Limited (ATL). ATL has been selected as the successful bidder of the interstate transmission project through TBCB. The SPV, targeted to be implemented in 24 months, involves the implementation of a 765-kV double circuit line from the Khavda Pooling Station-2 to Lakadia.
