HCC completes sale of equity stake in BFHL to Cube Highways

Hindustan Construction Company Limited (HCC) has completed the sale of the entire equity stake in Baharampore-Farakka Highways Limited (BFHL), a special purpose vehicle (SPV) incorporated for the implementation of the Baharampore-Farakka Four-Laning Highway Project (NH-34), to Cube Highways and Infrastructure Private Limited at an enterprise value of Rs 13.23 billion on March 29, 2023. The project involved the four-laning of the existing two-lane stretch from 191.42 km to 294.68 km of NH-34 under the National Highways Development Programme Phase III.
