Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) has received the completion certificate for the Sangli-Borgaon Four-Laning Road Project (NH-166). The project involved the four-laning of the Sangli-Solapur (Package I: Sangli to Borgaon) section of NH-166 (41.444 km), from the existing chainage 182.195 km to 219.956 km (design chainage 182.556 km to 224 km) in Maharashtra under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) in PPP mode at an estimated cost of Rs 11.02 billion.
