Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) has commenced construction work on the Chandu Budhera (Gurugram) water supply project (Unit 4). The scope of work involves the augmentation of a water treatment plant (WTP) by the construction of a 100 mld capacity, unit-4 WTP to meet the water supply demand from Sectors 81-115 in Gurugram under phase I at an estimated cost of Rs 700 million. It is expected to be completed by June 2024.
