Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Six Lane Expressway is expected to open for public use by May 2024.
The project involves four laning of the 670 km long Delhi-Amritsar-Ludhiana-Katra greenfield expressway via Jind, Barnala and Moga in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir. The NHAI is implementing the project on HAM under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase I at an estimated cost of Rs 400 billion.
